Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing aspects of Milestones’ work for the Bright Futures Roadmap (Roadmap) initiative and other related initiatives as needed. The Bright Futures Roadmap will detail the plan for robust family and community partnerships that will allow Jefferson County children, ages birth-to-eight years, to have the optimal environment required to engage in the learning process.  The Senior Project Manager reports to the Executive Director and will prepare updates and necessary reports on the project as needed.

Project Director, Transforming the Early Childhood Workforce In Colorado

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing Milestones’ work for the Transforming the Early Childhood Workforce in Colorado (Transforming the Workforce) project. The Transforming the Workforce project is an innovative public-private partnership initiative, which includes Early Milestones Colorado, state agency partners, philanthropic partners, and local innovation grantees. The Project Director reports to the Executive Director and will provide the Milestones Board of Directors with updates and necessary reports on the project.
