Early Milestones Colorado is soliciting proposals from individuals and/or organizations to provide high quality technical assistance to LAUNCH Together communities participating in Phase II Implementation. These communities will be implementing their strategic vision for building more effective local systems and enhancing evidence-based practices to support the social-emotional health of young children and their families.
This is a unique opportunity to be a critical component of a larger learning community to inform local and state early childhood mental health efforts. Multiple TA providers will be selected through a proposal review process based on both the criteria listed in the RFP and the needs of the four communities selected to move forward to Phase II Implementation. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit a one-page Letter of Interest (LOI) by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016. Proposals are due Monday, August 15, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
