State of the State: Polis Promises More Investment in Education

In his annual State of the State address, Governor Jared Polis emphasized his commitment to education. He pointed to major successes in funding full-day kindergarten and passing universal pre-K through a ballot measure. The governor also spoke to greater ambitions, from strengthening the upcoming universal pre-kindergarten program to making higher education more affordable.
