“The obvious concern in regard to daycare is putting a large number of children together,” [Governor] DeWine said. “Social distancing does not work too well. Children are known to share about everything.”
Along with a stay-at-home order and the closure of all non-essential businesses, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced Sunday that child care centers are required to obtain a special “pandemic” license in order to stay open and provide services to the children of workers in essential industries.
