Early Childhood Council Leadership Association
ECCLA and early childhood councils were critical to the state’s response to COVID-19 in 2020. This 2020 Annual Report shares how ECCLA worked closely with statewide partners to deliver Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) supplies to communities, ensure child care programs had necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning materials, and deliver responsive grants to child care providers.
