Californa’s universal transitional kindergarten program will be launching its beginning stages. The state program plans to have all the state’s 4-year-olds included by the 2025-26 school year. Recently signed SB-130 gives a better understanding of the state budget and how it will be adjusted to provide one year of pre-K to every child and better infant-toddler child care.
