Colorado is on the Verge of Passing Free Pre-K for All

The 485-page bill to implement Colorado’s new Department of Early Childhood was passed through the state House of Representatives last week. This moves the state significantly closer to establishing its Universal Pre-Kindergarten program, slated to launch in 2023.
